The Story Behind The Indigo Nomad
For more than thirty years, travel has shaped the way I see the world. I’ve wandered, observed, made mistakes, met remarkable people and collected stories—often without realising at the time how deeply those places and encounters would remain with me.
Today, I divide my life between Europe and Japan. Japan is not simply somewhere I visit; it has become part of my everyday life. Living there offers a different perspective from passing through—the routines, quiet details and contradictions that usually remain hidden from the visitor.
The Indigo Nomad is where I bring those experiences together through travel stories, photography and personal reflections. Some are drawn from journeys made decades ago; others are written while they are still unfolding.
This blog is an ongoing record of a life lived between places—and of the roads, people and moments that continue to shape it.
